Your Weapon Of Choice?

Now that the other portion of people have had a chance to experience the awesomeness that is Camon and catch up with everyone else..

What weapon/class type do you think you're gonna stick with in OBT?

2h sword. My +8 Supelta Guardian Sword was epic.

I'm definitely gonna stick with gloves. Always liked them as a wep.

I was disappoints with the rifle in it's power vs atk time. Maybe if they had a dual pistol kind of thing I would have tried it out more since it would have been much faster.

I started out with dual-blades, and cranked up my dex while maintaining decent damage and health.

I then moved onto rifles and never went back. Super-fast attack speed plus more-than-necessary damage output.

I approve.

Really? Rifle attack speed/dmg ratio didn't meet my expectations =/
It's a shame since I had high hopes for rifle

Maybe I'm just awesome with a rifle, haha.

But I really had no problems whatsoever, I could down things my level really quickly without many skills/summons.

booo no one told me if u fail at +8, it breaks -.-, and if it said somewhere, lol -doesn't like reading too much when playing-

Weps break at any point [besides +1, duh] o.o

I had gloves at +4 and they popped trying to go +5 =/
Another pair did the same going to +3. I had horrible luck..

1 h magic weapon.
Still need to work on that though. xD

Ofcourse 2h sword....high atack...but low atack speed

I was doing a card over and over again but it kept going from 12 back to 11 then 12 again so I kept trying till it broke >_>;;

Hmm I didn't know cards could break. I guess it makes sense since you're enchanting them but still unexpected.

I picture it as your cards experiencing spontaneous combustion just as you think you succeed, leaving you heavy-hearted.

I think dual blade is the most effective for 1vs1 combat, 2H sword got low atk speed but you will have good aoe skills at lvl 3x.

I wonder what rifles are actually good for... I was technically built for dual-blades, but for some reason they got boring.

For me i'm gonna make a Katar/dual dagger one.Like a assasin!
Slashing in the shadow ! Great attack speed and can attack like 3 time in 1 attack.
After at level 30 you can choose a type of job i'll take fighter.
At the end it will be a Dual fighter

I really dunno if I'd wanna go fighter or summoner... The choice is annoying me. D:

Just do a hybrid one... like making a 2handed sword and at level 30 make it summoner than you have 2handed sword skill and some speciel skill for summoner .
I don't really know if you can change your job at this level but at lvl 30 you have 3 path , fighter,mage or summoner.
And at the new village call meditaforce something like that i think you will have a NPC that sell you special skill depending on your new job.

Right, the only thing that I'm wondering if a dual-blade/gunslinging summoner would work. XD

you can if you get the right stats of point to equip dual dagger and gun! x)

I already did that in the GT. I mained dual-blades until about LV20 and then switched to guns. I was actually built really well, which is weird because I usually suck at building something purely on my own without help. XD

It's really weird...hybrid mode.
But at the end you equip gun or dual? or the two and switch most of the times?

It depends on the situation, if I'm up against a bulky boss mob without any party, I usually use guns. I also use guns mostly in the field, but I'll occasionally switch to dual-blades when I feel the need for more up-close tactics.

I put too much strategy into what I do. XD

Hum i see.Depending on the situation you switch , so you also switch skill hehe..Gonna be hard at lvl 35 with like 10 new skill for dual dagger.
And switching with gun.
Switching before battle ok take times to.But during the battle is hard.
And you also loose stats points, so you are not as powerful than a 100% gun or dual dagger.But can be good in other situation as pvp.

Hmm, this is so hard to decide on what to do. I'm glad we have a while before the game comes out. I needa do some thinking about weapons and overall what I do, since I plan on being one of those well-known people. I've done it a couple times before, but I really wanna be known for something in this game, haha.
