What is this window ?

Hi i see that window lot of times....what is this window and how to open it

I'm gonna copy and paste my exact response from the Uforia CH forum:

It's the DPS meter. If you go into your options menu and select "System Settings", it should be labeled as "Show DPS Meter".

I know that but what this DPS meter do ?

It shows you and your skills/summons' damage per second.

I never actually knew about this window either.. Gotta turn this on when OBT goes up

I used it every so often. Not many MMOs actually have this option, so it's really cool.

It'll show how much power or damage your normal attacks, special skills, and summons do to monsters. It totals them up, so be sure to reset it by pressing the R in the top right corner before you fight another monster.

Ahh, THAT'S how ya reset it!

Todai you use so many basic attack...
For me i never use the DPS but i can say that my basic attack is like 50% maximum x)
